A very good set with decent fragments of dustwrappers for all four volumes, the ink library stamp and embossed library stamp of the Royal Australasian Ornithologists Union on the title page of all volumes plus some stamps mainly on the preliminaries, volume one loose in casing.

Volume 5, Conclusion and survey of every species, was produced much later (1976) by Lord Medway and David R. Wells.
