Fruits of the Australian tropical rainforest [original artwork].
SUMMARY OF THE COLLECTION: The entire archive for Fruits of the Australian tropical rainforest. Melbourne: Nokomis Editions, 2004 consisting of 138 watercolours depicting 1236 species with accompanying leaf drawings, distribution maps and coloured vignettes. All contained in six finely crafted folding boxes by Newbold and Collins of Sydney.
LEAF DRAWINGS: 220 sheets uncoloured technical leaf drawings and glossary illustrations on art-paper. Each plate has approximately between ten and 20 figures with captions throughout. All plates are approximately 40cm by 25cm and contained in three full buckram folding boxes, each with an archival four-fold wrapper, two gilt-lettered leather labels and gilt cover design (a single leaf) and lettering.
FRUIT DRAWINGS: 138 watercolour plates of fruits on acid-free watercolour paper. Most plates illustrate between ten and 15 species with multiple figures for each species. All species are captioned by the artist, many with working annotations, and every plate is numbered sequentially. All plates are approximately 50cm by 35cm, interleaved with tissue, and contained in two quarter green oasis leather and buckram folding boxes, with five raised bands and gilt rule, two gilt-lettered leather labels, gilt cover design (native banana) and lettering.
VIGNETTES AND MAPS: 13 single image watercolour vignettes (fruit dispersers) of varying sizes on acid free board. All species are captioned by the artist and each plate is housed in a protective clear tracing-paper envelope made by the artist. The largest plate is 41 cm by 30 cm, the smallest 28cm by 24 cm. The subjects are as follows:

Metallic starling
Crimson rosella
Mistletoebird

Additionally there are three captioned watercolour maps on acid-free board with captioned tracings (all 35cm by 29 cm), plus two watercolour headers (Angiosperms & Gymnosperms) on acid free board (31cm by 12cm), plus one watercolour design on acid free board for the collectors edition cover (20 cm by 15 cm). All the vignettes and maps are contained in a single quarter green oasis leather and buckram folding box with five raised bands and gilt rule and lettering.
