I am quite amazed at the speed of the internet ... no sooner placed my order on Friday then magically my books were sitting on my doorstep waiting for me when I arrived home from work on Monday evening.

A few days ago, I ordered up a copy of Flora of New Zealand, volume 4. I wanted to tell you that it arrived in today's mail, in perfect condition. I am most pleased with the quality of your service. It is supposedly a "used" copy, but it appears never to have been opened. Please add my name to your bulging file of "very happy customers."
