William T. Cooper - New Book | Signed Bookplate | WIN Original Artwork

11 March 2011

Early last year Bill Cooper decided to put pen to paper. Invariablly such a decision results in a beautiful image but this time there is a book - Capturing the essence: techniques for bird artists, due for publication in early May. Now everyone can now share in Bill Cooper's thoughts and immense experience of his craft. William T. Cooper is almost certainly the best known natural history illustrator of the 20th century and a book by him on how to draw birds will be a landmark publication.

In conjunction with our 30th anniversary we will be tipping in a signed bookplate by Bill Cooper with every copy of Capturing the essence. The image on the bookplate was done especially for this promotion. Better still all purchasers will be eligible to enter a draw to win the original artwork.
